🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At FAYJAY, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original undamaged packaging with all tags/labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product is different from what was ordered (wrong size/color/model).

  • The product is incomplete (missing parts).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, or beauty products.

  • Items bought on Clearance Sale.

  • Custom-made or personalized orders.


💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 3 to 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

  2. Ship the Item: Once approved, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse address via any traceable courier service.

  3. Verification: Our team will inspect the item upon arrival and initiate the exchange or refund process.


Note: We highly recommend filming an "Unboxing Video" when you first open your parcel. This serves as solid proof in case the item arrived damaged and speeds up the claim process significantly.
